FAQs

Do you service forks outside of the UK?

We only offer servicing for UK situated customers.

Customers in the Republic Of Ireland who need to contact Cannondale EU to arrange servicing, this can be arranged by lefty@cannondale.com.

Do I need to make a note of my suspension settings?

Yes, we encourage you to keep a note of how many clicks of rebound and compression applied, and the pressure the fork is pumped to.

Do I need to inflate the fork when I get it back?

We encourage you to check the settings and pressure of the fork, however it should be returned to you with the same settings and pressure from when we received it.

What parts do I need to include/remove before sending the fork to you?

Please send us just the fork and brake mount. We require the brake mount to be left on as we check the Stoplock setting and adjust if needed. Please remove everything else - headset bearings, crown race (if removable), headset top cap, etc. This ensures nothing is lost in the post or misplaced.

How long until I see my fork back?

We aim to have the fork returned to you within 3 working days of receiving it. We'll contact you when the fork service has been completed, and if there are any delays.

Can I buy the kit to do it myself?

No. Proprietary tools are needed to service the fork. Please do not try this at home.
