The design of this jersey recalls the 34th Giro d'Italia, in 1951, the last Giro where the Maglia Nera was an official jersey. That year it was ‘won’ by Giavanni Pinarello and a well known bike company owes its existence to the prize money that accompanied the award.
Refined in the wind tunnel and on real roads, to deliver up to 6% CdA savings, and designed using CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction, this jersey helps you to go faster with less effort, with the ribbed fabric of the shoulders helping to detach the airflow and shave watts.
Speed doesn't come at the cost of comfort, though, with bonded sleeve endings feeling soft against your skin, lightweight fabric allowing optimal cooling and elastic at the waist anchoring the hem and supporting the three rear pockets, even when they're loaded with gels, tools and emergency layers.
