Improving your cadence is an excellent way to become a better and more efficient cyclist, as a higher cadence alleviates strain on your muscle system and improves blood flow.
The Stages Dash Cadence Sensor allows you to keep a close eye on your pedal stroke by attaching to your crank arm and streaming cadence data to your cycling computer or phone via ANT+ and Bluetooth.
LEDs indicate pairing, activation and battery status and a water resistance of IPX7 means the sensor will endure even the wettest rides. Held in place with a hook-on mounting strap, the sensor can be easily swapped between crank arms or bikes.
