How do I return an item?

Making a free return is simple – follow these steps.

  • Enter your email address and order number (including the SB prefix) in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved.
  • You'll then receive a second email containing your EVRI label.
  • This email contains a link to a barcode to print your label at a EVRI store if you do not have a printer.
  • Package the return items securely and attach the EVRI label to the external packaging – please do not stick labels to product packaging e.g. shoeboxes.
  • Please check that the SB Order number is included on your returns label and add it if not to ensure a fast return.
  • Return the item free-of-charge by dropping it off at over 7,400 locations around the UK.
  • Returns must be delivered to the drop off point within 28 days of the return being generated. labels cannot be reprinted after this point.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment providing the item:

  • Is in new, unused and unwashed condition
  • Is complete with all tags and original, undamaged packaging
  • Has not been tried on next to the skin (shorts should be tried on with clean underwear)
  • Is returned with any promotional items (if the value of the order after the return no longer fulfils the criteria for a promotional item)

Are there any charges for returning items?

  • Returns are completely free using our EVRI option.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to post your item using an alternative service at your own cost.

 

Excluded Items

Some items are too big or heavy to be return via our EVRI system. If your item is on the following list or the outer packaging doesn't fit the dimensions or weight limit below, please get in touch with us at info@saddleback.co.uk and we'll help arrange your return via another method.

  • Bikes
  • Bike frames
  • Wheelsets
  • MTB bars
  • Items larger than 50x50x60cm
  • Items heavier than 10kg

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Provided the item meets our condition criteria, we will approve and process your refund, which will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five working days.

 

What if I have a warranty issue?

If you've worn or used your item and believe there to be a manufacturer defect, please do not return your items using the form above. Instead, please refer to our Warranty Information page for details on how to make a warranty claim.
