We've all been there: you're going over the bars and as time slows, all you're thinking is how your new kit will come off when you hit the ground. But don't worry – at Saddleback we've got you covered.
As we're the official UK home of our brands, we can offer you crash replacement programmes for Castelli, ENVE, Sidi, HJC and Troy Lee Designs. Please note that crash replacement and lifetime loyalty programmes are available only to the original purchaser.
Castelli
Our Castelli Crash Replacement Programme means that you can get up to 50% off a like-for-like replacement should kit you've bought within the last two years get damaged if you come off your bike. Anyone who's purchased their Castelli product from an authorised UK stockist is eligible for the programme, but purchasers from Saddleback.co.uk will receive the best replacement rates.
If you've got a damaged Castelli product that you've purchased within the last two years, please email info@saddleback.co.uk with the following information:
- Product name
- Description of product including size, colour etc.
- Description of damage
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your Saddleback.co.uk order number - or - Point of purchase name and phone number
Please include photos of:
- The item for replacement
- Damaged areas
- Proof of purchase (if not purchased from Saddleback.co.uk)
We'll then get in touch with a returns number, which you'll need to enclose when returning the items to us. Once your items have arrived with us, we'll process your return items, create a new order for the replacement items and send you a link to check out at the discounted crash replacement price.
If you bought your Castelli garment from Saddleback.co.uk:
- Within 1 year: 50% off Castelli UK RRP
- Within 2 years: 40% off Castelli UK RRP
If your Castelli garment was purchased from another authorised UK retailer:
- Within 1 year: 40% off Castelli UK RRP
- Within 2 years: 30% off Castelli UK RRP
- Discount is given strictly against RRP only, regardless of the item's current price.
- You must have a valid proof of purchase dated within two years.
- You must return your items with your return number (unsolicited returns or items sent without a returns number will be recycled).
- All garments should be washed before return. Unclean items will be destroyed.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend using a signed-for service - we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
- There is a maximum of four garments per return form. If you have multiple items that need replacing, please place in bags of four with a separate form in each bag. You may post all the bags together in one package.
- We will keep the items to be replaced.
- Items for replacement must still be part of the Castelli collection.
- Only like-for-like replacements are available (including colour and size).
- No upgrades are available.

ENVE incidental damage protection is a supplemental coverage program for original owners that protects against accidental damage caused to the product from riding, racing, crashing, dog ate your wheel types of scenarios. Protection begins from date of purchase.
If you have a damaged item and would like a replacement, please email envesupport@saddleback.co.uk with the following information:
- Product model
- Product size
- Description of damage
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your Saddleback.co.uk order number - or - point of purchase name and phone number
- A full view of the product
- A close up of the damaged area(s)
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase (if not purchased from Saddleback.co.uk)
Once your item(s) have arrived with us, we'll process your returned item(s) and get replacements out to you ASAP.
The periods of Incidental Damage Protection and the discounts available are as follows:
Coverage for wheels, rims, hubs, forks, handlebars, stems, seatposts and bottle cages:
<3 Years (0-36 months), no charge on the specific damaged component, however customer will be responsible for costs related to parts (ex. spokes, nipples), labour, and shipping.
>3 – <4 (37-48 months), 50% off MSRP, customer pays all shipping.
>4 – <5 (49-60 months), 40% off MSRP, customer pays all shipping.
>5 (61+ months), 30% off MSRP, customer pays all shipping.
Second-hand owner, no discount.
Coverage for frames:
<3 ears (0-36 months), 35% off MSRP, customer pays all shipping.
