We offer the ability to create an account or to checkout as a guest. If you choose to create an account, your address information and order history will be remembered. You can edit your address details in the account page.
Ordering from Saddleback couldn't be simpler. Just add your selected item to your cart and click checkout. From time to time, we'll also offer you the option to add selected added value products before the checkout at an exclusive price.
Once you're at the checkout stage, you'll add your details, then choose a postage method (delivery is free for orders over £20 and £2.50 for orders under this threshold) and finally enter payment. It's on this last screen that you can choose to pay securely with a credit / debit card or through your PayPal account.
For your peace of mind, the entire Saddleback site, including the checkout, operates a secure https platform. The site uses the secure, PCI-compliant Shopify payment gateway, administered by Stripe, for payment processing.You can rest assured that Saddleback does not retain your card details and your card details are not visible to Saddleback employees.
We accept the following methods of payment, which are charged when your order is processed:
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch and PayPal
You will receive an email confirmation for each order placed through the Saddleback website. If you have not received an order confirmation following payment or are not certain that payment was successful, please get in touch with our bike-minded customer service team by emailing email@example.com or calling 01454 285285.
You will receive a second email when your order is dispatched, which will also include a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery on the Parcelforce website. Find out more about our delivery policies and services on our Delivery Info and FAQs page.
The Saddleback website operates a live stock system for all our products. This means that if you are able to add an item to your cart by first selecting product colour and size, then the item is in stock. However, the item is not allocated to you until you have completed checkout.
In some rare circumstances, there may be anomalies with our stock figures, in which case we will contact you as soon as possible after placing the order to let your know the situation and discuss alternative products or likely restocking timelines.
In the case of any errors and omissions on the Saddleback website, we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product ordered is no longer available. In such a situation, no compensation will be offered, but customers will be notified and refunded the full cost of the product ordered.
We have taken every care to ensure that photos and descriptions of products are accurate, however slight variations in product colour may occur due to different screen calibrations or the materials employed during the product's manufacture.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Helmets and other protection products are VAT charged at 0%.
We do not currently offer back orders or pre-orders of our products, however, if all variants of a product are out of stock, you can use our 'email when in stock' functionality, so you can be the first to hear when products come back into stock.
