RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Here you'll find everything you need to know regarding returning unwanted or incorrect items to Saddleback for refund or exchange.

If you wish to return a product under warranty, please see our Saddleback Warranty Information page for more information. 

If you did not purchase your item direct from www.saddleback.co.uk, then please contact the dealer from which you purchased the product in the case of any return.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To return unwanted items, items that aren't what you ordered or items not as described, they must be returned in the following condition:

  • Is in new and unused condition 

  • Is complete with all original, undamaged packaging 

  • Has all its tags and labels attached 

  • Is returned with a completed returns form 

  • Has not been tried on next to the skin (please try shorts on with clean underwear) 

  • Is returned with any free items (if a free item was included with the order and if the value of the order after the return no longer fulfils the criteria for a free gift)

Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. 

UNWANTED ITEMS

We will be delighted to offer a full refund or exchange on any items returned to us within 30 days of receipt for any reason provided the item meets the condition of return items criteria above.

To return an item, simply fill in the returns form sent with your order (download a copy here). On this sheet you can specify if you would prefer a refund or exchange. 

Please note that we can only offer exchanges on like for like products - swapping the same item for another size or colour. 

Once you've completed the form, please package the item(s) securely and return to us at:

Please note that unless you are returning an item because it is not what your ordered or was not as described (or due to a fault - see Saddleback Warranty Information), you are liable for the cost of the return. 

We recommend using a signed-for delivery service - we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. 

Once we have received and verified your returned products, we will issue a refund to the credit or debit card used for payment or dispatch a replacement item as indicated on your returns form.

Please note that in the event your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be refunded for the value of the returned goods.

ITEMS THAT AREN'T WHAT YOU ORDERED / NOT AS DESCRIBED

If an item has arrived that isn't what you ordered or isn't as described, you have 30 days to return it to us for refund or replacement. 

Items to be returned must meet the criteria outlined in the 'Condition of Returned Items' section above. Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

ITEMS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT

If an item has arrived damaged or broken, you have 30 days to return it to us for refund or replacement. 

If the box is damaged upon delivery, please sign for the item as damaged - this is essential in the event of a claim being made.
