At Saddleback we know you want to get your hands on your new cycling kit as swiftly as possible and with the minimum of fuss - that's why all orders are posted using a tracked, express next-day delivery service Monday to Friday.

You'll find a wealth of information on all our shipping policies and procedures below as well as an expansive Frequently Asked Questions section.

DELIVERY COSTS

All orders from Saddleback are dispatched free of charge via the Parcelforce Express 24h service.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We can only offer delivery to UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland. 

Please note: we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, British Forces Post Office addresses or Ireland.

DELIVERY TIMES

We use the Parcelforce Express 24h service to ensure your Saddleback order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible while also allowing you to closely track your delivery. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number when your package leaves Saddleback HQ. 

Here are our usual postage timelines for mainland UK deliveries - you'll find estimated dispatch dates on every product page. 

  • Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched for next day delivery. 

  • Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday (excluding public holidays). 

  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding public holidays). 

Please note, no Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.

Please note that as we use an insured and tracked signed-for service, somebody at your address will need to be available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, this will result in your package being delayed.

DELIVERY TRACKING

You will receive an email confirmation with a Parcelforce tracking number when your item has left our warehouse. 

You can track your order on the Parcelforce website. Please note, it can take a while for the tracking number to register on Parcelforce's tracking system. If not tracking information is immediately available, please try again later.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Although we always do everything in our power to get your items to you next-day, we cannot guarantee this. However, in our experience, the vast majority of our customers do receive their Saddleback orders the following day when ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
