DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We offer delivery to UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle Of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland.
Please note: we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Ireland or BFPO addresses.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch standard deliveries within 48 hours and are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracked delivery. Items typically arrive 48 hours after dispatch.
The vast majority of orders placed before 2pm are dispatched within 48 hours.
Express Delivery
We aim to dispatch express deliveries within 24 hours and are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce 24 hour tracked delivery. Items typically arrive 24 hours after dispatch.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number when your package leaves Saddleback HQ.
Once your order is dispatched it should arrive the next day.
Please note: no Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.
Delivery may take longer than the times stated to Northern Ireland, the Isle Of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland.
Please note that as we use an insured and tracked signed-for service, somebody at your address will need to be available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, this may result in your package being delayed.
STAGES SB20 INDOOR TRAINING BIKE
Due to weight and size Stages Smart Bikes are delivered using a curbside delivery network - estimated delivery 5-7 working days from dispatch.
Optional In-Home Setup Service - estimated delivery 7-10 working days from dispatch.
Delivery may take longer than the times stated to Northern Ireland, the Isle Of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland.
DELIVERY COSTS
FREE DELIVERY: All orders with a total value of £45 and above are dispatched free of charge via the Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 tracked service.
Orders under this threshold will be charged £2.99 for the same service.
You have the option to upgrade to Express Delivery at a cost of £4.99. These are sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service or Parcelforce 24 hour tracked delivery.
DELIVERY TRACKING
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier when your item has left our warehouse.
You can track your order on the Parcelforce and Royal Mail websites. Please note, it can take a while for the tracking number to register on the tracking system. If not tracking information is immediately available, please try again later.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
Although we always do everything in our power to get your items to you next-day, we cannot guarantee this. However, with the exception of bikes and wheelsets marked as 'built to order' (which we build in-house in our workshop) in our experience, the vast majority of our customers do receive their Saddleback orders the next working day when ordered before 2pm.
