Wearable as well as stylish, they’re made mostly from soft, 4-way stretch fabric, which offers enough flexibility to let kids shred, jump or sprint to their heart’s content, without feeling restricted. However, they are far from flimsy – the knees, seat and instep are all reinforced with tough, abrasion resistance 600D panels, while the inner right ankle is protected by a durable heat transfer.
Meanwhile, the fit can be adjusted as your child grows using Velcro fabric pulls at the waist, while a sticky silicone print at the inner waist will ensure even the most active junior mountain biker will find their trousers move with them.
Finishing touches include TLD shield logos on the thighs, which will show other riders that your kid knows their trail fashion, and two zippered valuables pockets that will ensure they won’t drop their keys in the mud while rattling down a root covered track.
