Wolf Tooth ReMote Drop Bar

The ReMote Drop Bar is Wolf Tooth's new standard dropper lever for gravel bikes, drop bar MTBs, road bikes and other drop bar bikes. It is distinguished by its smooth actuation, an ergonomic, long lever that can be reached from the hoods or drops and low-profile clamp assembly that won't interfere with your hand when riding.

Compatible with cable actuated dropper posts on bikes with standard drop bars, with an outer diameter of 24mm, its action is controlled by two stacked 11mm cartridge bearings at the pivot point, rather than by bushings. This ensures dependable actuation, with side-to-side play being eliminated through that stacked arrangement.

The ReMote Drop Bar's clamp is placed directly opposite the bearings and lever, so that its base is closer to the bars and the whole assembly is low profile, so that it won't interfere with your hand placement on the lever.

The lever itself is longer than those found in many competing models, with machined ergonomics making it simpler to engage. It is easy to reach from either on the hoods or in the drops and the angles mean the brakes can be operated at the same time, so that you won't be forced to choose between adopting a competitive position and being able to scrub off speed when you need to. A pocket, machined into the lever, lets you tuck cable ends out of both sight and reach.

Finally, Wolf Tooth's Right to Repair policy ensures that, once you have purchased your ReMote Drop Bar, you will be able to keep it operational for the long term, without having to pay to replace the whole assembly if any part is damaged in an off or misplaced. If you're looking to service your Drop Bar to maintain its ease of actuation, this easy job can be done using only a 3mm hex. Otherwise, replacements for each of its 10 components can be purchased individually and the whole thing can be taken apart and rebuilt using a T25.
