Made with over 60% recyclable materials, it features an outer shell of polystyrene (PS) and an internal protective layer of light, expanded polystyrene (EPS, made by expanding polystyrene beads with steam). Disposal and recycling is therefore simple and effective.
Meanwhile, its durability and shock absorption are top notch and it includes premium safety features. The helmet has been put through its paces during the brand's ‘RP rotational impact test’, so can be depended upon to defend your brain if an accident happens.
Its hygienic, washable inner layer for cushioning, Rudy Project RSR micrometric adjustment system to tune the vertical and horizontal fit and 11 vents for breathability make the Sinergy a comfortable, versatile helmet that's ready for road and gravel riding or commuting.

Warranty and Crash Replacement
In addition to our regular 100-day returns policy on unused items, all items purchased from www.saddleback.co.uk are covered by our full two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. We will exchange, refund or repair (at our discretion) items proven to exhibit manufacturing or material faults in line with fair wear and tear.
